Due to retirement a vacancy has arisen for the position of Car Service Administrator at the Voluntary Help Centre (VHC) in Southwold.
Permanent, Part-Time 12hrs per week.
Salary Range £11-£13 per hour, depending on age, qualifications and experience.
Ideally commencement of employment would be Monday 5th February 2024
The appointment will be subject to a six-month probationary period.
The Car Service Administrator would work alongside the VHC Co-ordinator who is responsible for the day to day running of the VHC.
Candidates will need to have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate successfully with a range of users and volunteer drivers.
You will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and using email.
You will understand the importance of confidentiality in dealing with the public.
You will be able to demonstrate propriety in all financial matters.
You will have a full current driving licence.
